My husband gave these to me as a Christmas present, and they are great. They run a little large; I wear an 8 1/2 and the 9's fell off my feet, but the 8's are good. They are nice and warm, and I like having the tread on the bottom. A very good purchase all around.
I was very excited to receive these for Christmas. Love the look and the indoor/outdoor sole. The "lamb shearling" from Australia felt thin, stiff and artificial but I'm not an expert. After four months of wearing when home, I noticed that the shearling around the cuff coming apart and has holes from slipping on and off. I had another pair that were truly quality shearling and they lasted me over 10 years!! These are NOT the same slippers or LL Bean quality or worth the high price!
I don't usually leave reviews but these slippers are terrible! I bought and loved a pair for over four years. I wore them 100% of the time I was inside my home as we have tile and hardwood floors and the slippers were so comfortable and my feet wouldn't hurt while wearing them. They finally wore out and my sister bought me a new pair for my birthday for $90 by the time the duty/taxes/shipping was all included (I live in Canada).
Within a few weeks the lining was worn right through to the leather and the slippers slide off my feet because the lining has worn right away. These are NOT improved at all and I want to send them back.
These are super comfortable and great to wear indoor or outdoor. They are made very well and are warm and fuzzy inside. I would recommend these or any of the LLBean slippers. You can't go wrong with the quality and guarentee.
