I have been wearing L.L. Bean's Wicked Good Moccasins for the last ten years! Every time I need to buy a new pair of slippers, I consider all the options on the market and always come back to these wonderful, warm, soft, and durable moccasins. They keep my feet nice and toasty throughout the cold Minnesota winters, and the fleece feels absolutely luxurious. Because of their substantial sole, I can even wear them outside for a short trip to the mailbox!
I can't really say anything negative about these. I had gotten the Wicked Good booties for my husband a couple of years ago and have seen how much enjoys wearing them.One day it dawned on me to get a pair for myself. I like the moccasins as opposed to the booties because they have the sole on the bottom which allows me to go outside with them on, should I want to. My husband's booties don't have the sole on the bottom, making them for indoor use only. The shearling interior is very comfortable and conforms to the shape of your foot.
I have been buying and receiving as gifts LL's Wicked Mocs. for the past 5 or so years. Before they became so popular with the younger crowd. I believe the quality has gone down hill. Definately, don't last as long and material doesn't hold shape as well as in the past. I also, tried to order a pair recently, and had to settle with a color that is way to light for my taste. Because every other color was unavailable til May!!
