These are a great year round boot--they are keeping my feet very toasty sub-zero January temperatures. I'm really pleased with these boots now that I finally have the right size, but getting there was kind of a struggle. They run narrow, and each pair fits differently. I normally wear regular width shoes, but even the wide size was a little narrow for me.
I love these boots. My daughter went hiking and borrowed my first pair. I never got them back. She is still wearing them and now I have a new pair in the new narrow size.
Love these boots! They are so comfy and really hold up to tough use. I bought them before a week of camping and hiking in Yellowstone and had little time to properly break them in- they were amazing! Took care of my feet from the very first hike- 14 miles up a steep mountain slope. Also provide great support for the ankles. They have been with me for many subsequent hikes and still look great. Recommended to be worn with mid to heavy weight socks.
Leary about the price, until I got my boots. I was buying my husbands Christmas presents and decided to gift myself early! I am so happy with these boots. Comfortable, great fit, tie up is snug w/out being too tight. Ladies, buy these boots, you will love them! Work or play, they are great. I am out in the cold alot, and worry about slipping and such, not with these. Get your pair now, before they sell out!
