ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
These boots have lasted me almost 7 years. They have been to yosemite, mt whitney and around in everyday life. My old boots are still very comfortable and the stiching is still good but the soles have become so worn. I didnt hesitate and ordered another pair. Its was a lot of money for me but i know it is worth it. Will but these boots for the rest of my life!
I have lived by the smoky mountains and have been hiking a lot for the past eleven years. I purchased this LLbean product for the first time about three months ago. I have always hiked in highend boots but these have been the greatest. The only minor complaint I have is the shoe laces looked cheap when I received my boots and they broke by the tenth hike.
These boots are AWESOME!!! I received a pair as a gift, and I used them on my trip to Philmont this past summer. These boots are really tough, and I hiked all the way to the top of Mt. Baldy with them. Also they are very waterproof, as I hiked through a lot of streams with them on, and my feet stayed dry. These boots are very supportive as well, which is very nice on long backpacking excursions. These boots are amazing!!!
During the spring, summer and fall these boots are the best for someone who works outdoors. The fabric panels allow the feet to breath however the gortex keeps the precip out! Have been buying these boots for years and will continue as long as they keep them in stock!
