This is the second pair of boots like this that I have purchased for my husband. He wore the first pair for 6 years! He wears them most everyday for work in construction and for hiking on the weekends. You can't get a better value than these boots!
This is the third pair of Cresta Hikers that I have bought. I love them so much I wear them as work boots in the construction industry. I would not wear anything else. They are very supportive and durable- and I am hard on boots! Highly recommended as hiking boots and/or work boots.
Great boots! I wanted a stable platform to use for day hikes or two day backpacking trips. They give awesome ankle support and provide good grip on varied terrain. Might be a little heavy for some but I didn't find their weight to be an issue.
I have owned several pair of these boots. They deserve the high rating others have given. The difference between a nearly $200 pair of boots and a $100 pair of boots is about $500 in comfort and durability. BUY THESE BOOTS!
