Great coat, comfortable, warm; however, I have had it for four (4) days and buttons are falling off of it. Poor sewing job. LL Bean should really include extra buttons for their coats.

This is my second field coat, The first one protected me from brush and briars for ten years, and kept out the cold prairie wind, I expect no less from this one, A true bargain. My wife calls it my "Marlboro Man" coat.
I bought this jacket for my husband since his original one was DISGUSTING; he had worn it for almost 10 years through rainstorms, snow storms, duck hunting, etc. The old one was khaki, which showed all the dirt, so the new one I bought is olive green, which he likes a lot. This jacket is good to wear every day, for work and casual weekend wear.
