I was so dissapointed when I was told that my size was out of stock but I kept trying on line and FINALLY they had them. They are so comfortable and great for fall, winter and spring.
These shoes are just bananas. I'm so glad I finally did it and bought them for myself. They are everything I was hoping they would be. They are exactly what I wore back in the day, but are totally perfect for me today. Plus, they are just beautiful. I called in to order and the rep suggested I order half a size down since I'm between sizes, and I'm glad I did. I wear them all the time and they have stretched just a bit. Great support and great fit for me right out of the box. I smile every time I look at me feet! Do yourself a favor and get these shoes!
I have wanted a pair of these since I was in prep school--I think I was one of the only kids who didn't have a pair. Now that I am middle aged, I finally have a pair. They're very comfortable. Required no break in period, and look exactly the same as the shoes I coveted in the 70s.
A bit baffled why the laces are so long however--back in prep school, the kids had a way of knotting up the laces that I never learned. For now I'll just tie them in a double knot.
I love these! A great, substantial, but lightweight, shoe. Very comfortable, right out of the box! Excellent for dog walking, mall walking and just hanging around. Highly recommend.
