I had to do a size exchange and was very pleasantly surprised about how easy it was. I called in my exchange information and got the new size within a few days.
The person I talked to on the phone was very pleasant and very helpful. I was a little hesitant about ordering shoes without trying them on first but the whole experience was very positive.
It is wonderful to be wearing the blucher mocs again! They are as well made now as they ever were and after just a few hours of walking feel like a second skin. Thank you for bringing them back!!

Had these "always carried" Blucher Mocs on my wish list. No rush. And then they were cancelled. Heartbreak. Oh, well, I'll make my beat up old ones last. These were shoes that were a perfect fit right out of the box. No breaking in and they may not go with everthing but I can wear them all day without an ouch. And then I saw them on the website and immediately bought another pair. Don't be put off on what may look like stiff leather. Nope, it's the best. I'm in heaven. My tooties are in heaven, too. And, I'm grateful to you, LL Bean for continuing to carry the original favorites.

I am SO glad they brought these back. I wore these for years. I only wish they didn't change the sole style and left the wedge look on the outside sole as well, true to history. I wear them with gel insoles with arch support due to heel spurs. They are more comfy that way, to me.
