As advised, by both LLBean and other reviewers these moccasins need breaking in to be comfortable. I need shoes that are a bit wider in the toe area and after walking on carpet while wearing these shoes I didn't have faith that they would ever be comfortable on me, so I returned them. The were very well made and for the average foot would probably be a good purchase.
Gave these to my sister for her birthday as a surprise after finding out her last pair finally wore out after 25 years! She is looking forward to another 25 years of wear.
