Absolutely love this rug! Ordered it in the Straw Multi and it was a bit lighter in colour than we anticipated, but the multi colours makes it totally versatile. Suits our living room area very nicely and is cushiony to walk on as well. Want one for every room!
I just parted with an runner that I've had for 12 years that wore very well. Six weeks ago, I purchased another runner and a 7x9 when we moved. The runner has developed loose or broken yarns on the surface. The 7x9 had a couple smaller threads that I was able to pull through to the other side as I didn't think it was a good idea to cut them. LLB is going to replace the runner and do a wait/see on the 7X9. I love the rugs and hope this was just a blip in quality control.
I bought a wool oval and a chenille for use in kid rooms. The wool oval (in black and grey) is nice looking but the texture is hard and scratchy compared to the chenille which is much softer. I kept the chenille and sent back the wool. If you're looking for a beautiful soft braided rug, between the wool and the chenille, I'd recommend the chenille.
I have 3 Bean Braided Rugs. I have had them for many, many years. Recently my 126 lbs. Rottweiler had a seizure and when she has a seizure her bladder lets loose. My only option was to throw 2 of the rugs ( a runner and a small oval rug) in the washer. I was afraid it would ruin them but they came out beautifully. I love my rugs.
