This product is not worth buying in any way there are not pros. I bought 4 of these chairs about 1 year ago. All the wood is either chipping, cracking, or already gone. I am in the process of sanding them to repaint. I have spent about $50 buying paint and a new piece of wood for 2 of the chairs due to the rotting and splitting. The chairs are all flimsy and very hard to paint. I do not recommend buying these chairs at all, unless you want to lose money and spend extra time painting and fixing them.

It took me about 45 minutes to assemble two of these chairs. We got the red color. They're beautiful. The materials are top-notch and the hardware looks to be brass, which shouldn't rust. We live in Central Florida, so we'll have to see how they do in our humid weather. They're on our front porch, which is covered and faces east, so they should last quite a while.
Great chairs-this is our third. Very comfy with a cushion and the arms are wide enough to serve as a table. Take them in for the winter and they should last quite awhile...if you have problems LLBean will replace the chair.
I bought my folding chair a few years ago and it's legs are rotted, the wood is splitting in numerous places and the whole thing is wobbly. I would not have bothered writing a review except that LL Bean is doing the right thing by responding to their customers. I have come to rely on others opinions so I hope this s helpful to others
