ProsDurable, Great Value, Performing as Expected, painted adirondack chairs
I love my Adirondack Chairs - have had the painted green ones for years. Very comfortable and they have held up under weather conditions as advertised. I keep them on our deck so they are off the grass/dirt which can cause deterioration. And we do store them in the gargage during the winter as we experience heavy snows where we live. A quick wipe down in spring and they are good to go for the 3 seasons. I did have the natural oak chairs initially and they did not hold up as well. So my recommendation is to go with the painted chairs. As I said I've had them for possibly 8 years or more and they still look good.
I ordered two chairs on-line on a Friday, they were at my home the following Tuesday. The quality and the construction are fabulous. I read the instructions, which were simple and easy to follow. While the instructions suggest having two people to assemble the chairs, I was able to assemble them by myself, with the first one taking about 40 minutes, and the second one taking about 30 minutes. I absolutely love them. I have them on my patio, so as to avoid any wood rot from placing them directly on the ground (as suggested in the instructions).
