Very happy with the chairs. I'm hoping that the paint job holds up for several years because it seems like a lot of work to repaint so we will see! The chair back is very hard, obviously, so i may order cushsions in the future but overall am very happy with the purchase.
I received my Adirondack chairs last week and assembled them over the weekend with the help of a friend. The assembly was straightforward although it was helpful to have another set of hands to put the pieces together. The chairs are what one would expect from LL Bean. They are well crafted from hardwood. The finish is beautiful. They are a tremendous addition to my terrace. I've seen lots of Adirondack knock-offs from China which have flooded the market and the quality is inferior. LL Bean's chairs are actually made in the Adirondacks.
