We purchased four chairs recently. They were easy to put together and are very comfortable with the cushions and even without! We purchased them specifically due to their small size compared to other chairs we have seen. Also the foldering feature for winter storage was another reason we purchased them. We are very pleased with overall quality.
My husband and I have waited years to decide which outdoor furniture to purchase. After much deliberation, we agreed on the Adirondack. We are not disappointed. These chairs are classic and definitely worth the wait.
I love these chairs! We have 3: two red and one green. We keep them on our deck. We also have an ottoman, which is nice to have when reading, but the chairs are just as great alone. They are well built and the paint job rugged and beautiful. We put our chairs away in the winter, but they have held up great in spring, summer and fall the 3 - 4 years we have had them. They do not compare to any other Adr. chair. My brother even bought one for his house in the Berkshires. He shopped around and went via LLB. They are so comfy, especially if you get the full cushions. NICE! We want to get one more chair.
I expected much better quality from L.L. Bean. Within the first year the paint started peeling off. The wood of one arm is already cracking. I have not had the trouble with pegs falling out as other people have. Very disappointed with this particular product.
