About two years ago, I purchased this blazer in dark khaki and olive for my husband. He travels frequently and I wanted something that was suitable for casual meetings, but also washable. This fits the bill perfectly; he wears it at least once per week. We both also appreciate the multiple interior pockets that allow him to stow his passport, plane tickets, etc, etc in a secure environment. Both blazers, after many launderings, have held up very very well. He's leaving for Copenhagen tomorrow and will be wearing the olive one.
Heed the warning about sizing. I am a 44 in almost every suit I've bought for 10 years, but this 44 swallowed me whole. Go down a size and you should be fine. This is a great jacket, though. Very durable and comfortable. So versatile you can wear it with anything. I have the dark khaki and plan to purchase the navy, too.
Jacket wears very good, and can be worn year round in South Carolina. Its a little warm to wear in July and August. I have received some nice compliments while wearing. I had my alteration lady sew on elbow pads. Its a fun coat.
