These jeans are loose-fittng but very comfortable and the overall look is very nice. The fabric is heavy-duty and washes well with very little wrinkles if taken out of dryer right away. I love the fit around the waist on these jeans, not hanging down by your belly. For seniors we do not want our belly hanging out! I think they are worth the price as I feel they will last a long time and look good. I have already bought another pair a size smaller (size 10) for when I have lost 5 pounds. :)
I just received these and was surprised to find that the black jeans are not denim, but are twill. They seem nice, but I would have preferred black denim, or at least to know in advance that's what I was getting.
I tried to order a pair of the classic fit jeans and was shipped the traditional fit instead. It appears they both have the same item code and classic fit is being replaced with the traditional fit. They do fit differently and I am very disappointed the classic fit has been eliminated. I am returning the traditional fit - they are much looser in the hips and the legs. The classic fit was slimmer and fit me much better.
