the fit is very important for those who lead active lives. and so is the fabric. i am looking for fabrics that have wind protection, and that will go through the laundry again and again. nearly always i find this with bean jeans, though i sometimes vary the cut that i buy--sometimes traditional, sometimes straight-leg. they are wearable for many years, as long as my weight does not fluctuate too much. then i need to buy more jeans.
These jeans are a good fit for me. Style and cut are to my liking. They also wash well. I purchased two pair several years ago and they look a little tired and worn but no rips or seam fraying.
These jeans are a soft, sturdy high quality 100% cotton, my preferred fabric. The waist is smaller than a boy cut so these fit nicely if you have larger hips and a smaller feminine waist shape. These are indestructible jeans but also look nice enough to wear anywhere. I like the smaller ankle and tapered leg as it is more feminine, in my opinion, than a straight cut. A lot of other jeans have a large waist that gaps badly on 'women. This jean also fits comfortably at the waist, rather than below it. It is an old fashion well made jean!
