I was so pleased with your classic fit jeans so I wanted another pair or two. In your last catalog the classic jeans are now called Traditional jeans. The fit is excellent except the pant leg is at least an inch smaller at the hem. It is impossible to get them over my Ugg Boots or any other winter weight boot. Very disappointing.
I have been buying the same L. L. Bean Double L Jeans for myself and my husband for many years. I love the length choices and the overall fit. I must say I was very disappointed in the weight of the denim material and the look of the fabric on the four I recently ordered. It did not seem to be of the usual high quality I expect from an L. L. Bean product. I returned my two but my husband decided to keep his. I do not expect they will hold up as well as the ones I had previously purchased. That aside, I just do not like the look of the material at all. It makes the jeans look like a cheap brand from a discount store.
