I used to buy the classic jeans that had a more relaxed fit in the thigh area. I am a thin woman that needed a more tighter fit through the thigh and leg area and the traditional jeans were perfect for that type of body type.
The traditonal jeans are comfortable and have a very nice look to them. They do sit higher on the waistline for those of us who don't have a waist its perfect. They have a more tapered feel to them particularly in the thighs and leg region.
Jeans were great quality, as always. But they were too baggy in the thighs. Waist was perfect, though. I ordered petite which usually fits perfectly but these were too long. Same true for both dark indigo and black. I returned and am exchanging for Classic Jeans.
Wish LL Bean would indicate the style on the label.
