These days when all you can find is jeans that have "stretch". LL Bean is the ONLY place where I can find classic jeans that ARE classic jeans. I am a 53 yr old petite woman. The fit on these jeans are perfect. They always hold there shape & color after numerous washings. I would never even think of buying jeans any place else. You can't go wrong with these jeans. I will be buying more. Thank you LL Bean.
I love the Double L jeans. This is my second pair. The fit is looser than my other pair, which are more of a straight-leg jean. They are the same make and model and my body shape is the same, so I guess there were some adjustments in the design. Still, a sturdy, go-anywhere-do-anything-in-them jean.
I used to purchase LL Bean jeans, then about twenty years ago switched to another brand. I started out purchasing 6P, then it became 4P, then 2P, then even the 2P size was too big, too long, and required me to do major alterations. I finally decided to purchase a pair from LL Bean. After all the price was about half of what I'd been paying. I ordered the same size as I had more than 20 years ago, and it fit just the same today as back then. A true classic, true to size, and a bargain. I won't be ordering from that other company any more.
