I'm somewhat hourglass-shaped and it's difficult to find pants that fit properly because my hips are a size 10 but my waist is more of a size 8. I originally ordered a size 8 and they felt snug before washing, so I exchanged them for a size 10 to allow for some shrinkage during washing. They fit well and are now the most comfortable relaxed-fit jeans I own.
I am disappointed in Bean's jeans - they are no longer proportioned for for petite sizes, just a shortened version of a regular style. The tapered styles in petite are wide legged and are not very flattering
Love these jeans. They fit perfectly and last and last. I've bee buying these for years, since I went to the flagship store in Freeport and tried my first pair! Great product!
