I have great luck with LL jeans. This is the first pair I bought with lycra and love them. The length and fit are just right and the jeans don't stretch out on me. I wish LL Bean made corduroys in their classic jean style. I wasn't as lucky with the two styles of corduroys I ordered. However, I'm very happy with the jeans and bought them in black too.
My two cents. I like the classic and natural jeans and buy them in 4 Regular. They are a good length, but too big. LL Bean clothing is great, but often too large, especially in the waist. Have you considered making a limited number of size 2 Regular clothing?
I like these jeans because the waist isn't so low that they feel they will fall off. Based on the size chart, I should have ordered size 8 or 10. So I ordered size 6 since I wear size 2 or 4 at department stores. Size 6 was too big, so I will order size 4 next time. Also, I am 5'1", but the petite length is still a bit too long.
