No surprises -- these jeans are just as advertised. Conventional fit and the petite length is perfect. I'm 5'2" with that dreaded "apple" shape so it's really hard to find jeans these days that aren't baggy in the butt/thighs or form-fitting -- I'm not a teenager nor do I want to look like one! No shrinkage was apparent after washing which was a relief.
I'm glad LLBean still offers the original jeans look rather than today's "used" look too. If I want holes or faded color, I'll just pull out my jeans from 5 years ago.
Quality is apparent -- I'm sure I'll still be wearing these years from now.
For jeans with legs that never twist, always fit comfortably, are sized correctly, and last seemingly forever, these are the ones to buy! You'll not be disappointed!!!
I love LL Bean Jeans! I usually buy the relaxed fit but went with the classic this time. They fit well and are very comfortable. My first two pair of LL Bean Jeans lasted 10 years. This is a really good product!
