I greatly dislike any hint of lycra, spandex or other materials in pants. These were the only pants that fit me.... except Levi's 505's back in the day. I wear a size 6. These jeans, you should keep making them. Use good quality denim as usual, offer fun colors like RED and make the waist just a pinch wider and a bit lower. The legs are okay.
I love these jeans and I'm very disappointed to hear you're discontinuing them. I love that they're 100% cotton and they fit perfectly. The relaxed just don't fit as well and if these are discontinued I don't know where I'll find as great a pair of jeans. I hope you'll reconsider.
These are my favourite jeans - am also over 50. Great denim, great fit and I loved the black ones (I have about 5 pairs in black).
It is SO DISAPPOINTING that LL Bean is discontinuing these. I understand they need styles to attract young buyers, but why completely alienate their traditional, long standing customers. We are cashed up and ready to buy!
Please reconsider the decision to stop producing Traditional Fit - and bring them back in Black. Thank You!
Loved the 100% cotton denim and colors were great. However, I ordered my normal size 14 and they fit fine except the waist, was tighter than any other size 14 jeans I have tried on, so had to return.
If you have a small waist for your size and are looking for nice 100% cotton denim jeans, these are for you.
