This is the second time I have bought these jeans from LL Bean and I love them. As long as I can afford them I will buy them from here. The fit is good, the length is right and they keep their color wash after wash. It is the only place I have been able to find the old fashioned jeans that I have loved all of my life. Thank you LL Bean and please don't change them! The only thing I wish is that they lasted longer!
I looked for over 2 years to find the right fitting jeans and then I found these. They are the best! Being short and not liking the petite size, these are a little longer and I love them. They wash and wear great and are perfect for those of us who are short and not a toothpick! I beg L.L.Bean not to phase them out, but to add more colors as I would buy them too!
Great jeans fabric but these jeans shrunk an unacceptable amount. Loved them when they arrived & I tried them on. Washed them in cold water & dried them on low, ironed them (really not necessary, that's just me) but when I put them on they were way too tight around the waist & stomach but the hips area & the length was perfect. Certainly not where I would have expected a shrinkage. However, I must say that customer service was very nice & helped me through the return process. I will continue as a customer, just not jeans.
I own 5 pairs of these jeans now and they are perfect for me! I am recently retired and can wear jeans whenever I want. The waist is high, the zipper is long, but they are neither too tight or too loose. I cannot buy jeans with this fit at the mall. Please do not change this classic fit, LL Bean.
