Improperly patterned and sized. Not consistent with a normal woman's size 10. Made in Mexico, where women apparently have smaller waists. Length and everything else is fine - but I will not ever be able to wear these jeans. I have been size 10 for many, many years and have numerous other pairs of size 10 jeans. I am 5'8" and weigh 134 lbs. The waist would probably fit a child.
The material seems thinner than before and the cut is very skimpy so that the waist is unbearably tight. I used to buy a new pair of Classic Fit Double L jeans every year and am holding onto a worn out pair until I find a denim style that approaches the at-waist comfort these jeans used to offer. I am no longer going to look to L.L. Bean for jeans.
