Love the style, material, quality of these jeans. I buy a couple pair a year. Would really love to see the wide leg jeans back on the shelves. That style is better with boots, Always a pleasure shopping at Bean's!
I tried these jeans on as soon as they arrived and ended up wearing them immediately. Usual ll bean quality, as expected. Finding jeans that actually fit AT THE WAIST is difficult. That's the main reason I looked for them at the ll bean site. Perfect fit.
The material for the jeans is great - real cotton, good weight denim. That said, I had a few problems. All my pants and shorts are a size 8, but I could not even zipper the size 8 closed for these jeans. I exchanged them for a 10. They are very comfortable, but feel more like a relaxed fix. They are too big in the rear and legs. I'm keeping them since they feel good, but probably won't wear them out as much as I would if they weren't so baggy. They are too tight in the waist, but the legs are too big.
