The pants fit perfectly. Have a nice shape and make my shape look nice at the same time. Very flattering to my figure. The waist might could have a little give as by the end of the day mine has expanded, but not everyone has that problem.

Jeans are too short, don't touch the top of my shoes, 5'8"
Too bad LLBean doesn't provide length choices.
I will return them.
