This is an essential jacket. It works in both the rain, and cool days as a light jacket. It is not sweaty, and sticky when used on rainy days. Not only would I recommend this jacket - but I did! My daughter bought one (after I hid mine - she kept borrowing it).
I have bought this raincoat before about 10 years ago. It has improved now and I prefer the new lining and colors and velco. My last one was not waterproof. I love the new and improved 2008 version. A good wind breaker as well as rain coat!
