Love the green color but would have preferred the zipper flap at neck not to be black against the light green color of jacket. Navy or beige would be better and not such a contrast. Size is true to form as i ordered a small and usually wear small or medium (10-12). Zipper no problem. You have to make sure that the zipper is fitted securely and all the way down into second/bottom of zipper clasp before trying to pull up zipper. Wore it in rain and stayed dry but not "sweaty" as some others have said. So far so good. not enough info to say it is durable yet.
ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
For several years I've been looking for the ideal rain jacket. It had to be waterproof, lightweight, with convenient closings and protected pockets, and a good hood. Oh, and also a pretty color. And not too expensive. I live in the northwest corner of the US and we get RAIN, so I really needed a good rain jacket. I'm delighted to say I now have the LLBean Trail jacket and it's perfect. I especially like the adjustable hood. I've already tested it by downpour. It's great!!
