The fit is excellent and stylish for rain gear - just what I wanted. It is cut not too full. I wear between a size 10 and size 12 and I got the large and it was roomy but not too big.

I bought this rain coat (2x) as an alternative to neon yellow raincoat for bicycling. Companies just don't make real plus sized hi visibility jackets for women yet...as if we don't get out there to work out! THIS JACKET is an excellent solution. Fits perfectly, is cheaper than goretex and technical fabric works well. Love the velcro at wrists and adjustable hood. I've worn it all winter as an outer layer and it is an excellent wind break. Yellow shows dirt but after washing it's like new. Packs well for travel and is bright and visible for walking along roads in the rain and picking up friends at busy airports. I just love this jacket and love LLBean too! Thanks! Maybe you could make one in Neon Yellow for sports too!
I had high hopes for this jacket being perfect for my spring travel plans. Instead it is being sent back to LL Bean. It just doesn't come close to what I have come to expect from LL Bean. It is a thin, unlined, flimsy plastic fabric and basically looks like something from one of the big box discount stores. Certainly not worth the price being asked.
