I bought this jacket for my daughter who spends time at rainy soccer games. She loves the color,the wonderful lightness of the fabric, and the excellent quality of the jacket. To me, it's typical LL. Bean!!!
This is a great jacket at a great price. I'm a professional dog walker and an avid camper and need a rain jacket that fits wells and keeps me dry, and this is it.
When looking for a new rain jacket, I tried several jackets that were more than twice the cost of this one, and this one is far superior than any of them.
The hood stays on and keeps the head and face dry, the pockets are roomy and conveniently placed, and the fit is just right. The two way zipper is very handy and the adjustable toggles on the hood and at the hem make sense.
And, perhaps on a less practical note, the color selection is very good. Lily Pond is a versatile color that looks good with just about anything. This jacket is a great value.
Like it so much, I now own 2 (one is the longer length). Folds up really small for packing as well. I walk in the rain a lot with the dogs, so needed a good lightweight rainjacket - this fits the bill and is completely waterproof. Allows room for a sweater or fleece underneath as well.
