I needed something to go over the light weight fleece jacket I got for my trip to Alaska with my dog Charlie and this is perfect. It is light weight and I love the color.
I bought this jacket for rain protection, that would be lightweight. It's worked great so far. There are no arm vents, but it seems ok without them. Relaxed fit allows room for a sweatshirt or something like that underneath if it gets a little nippy. I usually wear something between a 6 and an 8. I bought this in a medium. Nice enough to wear out on a casual evening.
This jacket will be around for awhile. I love the fit, not too baggy like the older style rain jackets. This jacket is beautiful in brown and matches every outfit! Thank goodness LLBean has updated the clothing with more fitted yet not too much for the curvy girl size medium figure. I love it!
