A little thinner than I expected, good rain protection but not much warmth. Also the fabric is a little noisy and crinkly sounding, although I'm hoping that gets better with time.
I didn't end up keeping this jacket because it turned out to be wrong for my purposes. It fit fine, but was a bit short and I would have had a hard time putting something like a sweater or sweatshirt underneath, and with no lining in the jacket, I needed something else.

I used this jacket on my charity 60 mile walk where it rained for 2 out of 3 days. This jacket keep my upper body dry as a papertowel. I loved the ability to tighten the wrists too. Only minor problem was pulling the hood tight enough to combat the wind. I made it work no problem.
