My wife and I both purchased this jacket. It's great as a light weight jacket and works well when we cycle or hike. I've wanted a hooded, water proof jacket for a long time and waited until I found the right one. The cuffs adjust, which is nice when cycling. I just love this jacket and highly recommend it.
Purchased this jacket more for taking on a trip and having something that didn't take up too much room. Came in quite handy in England and loved that it was not bulky or heavy. Now will use it on a regular basis here at home. Highly recommend this one.
I purchased a brown jacket so that it would go with whatever I wear to work. This time of year the mornings are cool and this jacket is just the right weight to top off my clothes. The attached hood is so handy. We often have rain early in the morning or in late afternoon. Rather than "stuffing" a rain bonnet in my pocket, I just pull up the attached hood and stay dry. The quality lives up to L.L.Bean's reputation!
