The sleeper couch was better than expected. It is lightweight and easy to move, very rugged, and very stylish. It fills the need in our tv/computer room and provides an extra bed when needed.
We bought 2-one for our guest room and one for our lake cabin. They are both of great quality and just what we needed in a small space for sitting and sleepin on. They are light enough to move around if you need to. We hope to enjoy them for a long time.
I bought this about a year and a half ago. We love almost everything else we've ever gotten from LL Bean, and it seemed like a great idea for our tiny townhome, but we've had several problems with it. The foam seat cushions are stiff and fairly uncomfortable, and one of the back cushions, though comfortable, quickly lost its structure (Bean very nicely replaced it). Also, the seat cushions constantly slide forward, so we end up sliding forwards - we're always having to shove them back. Please note that we use this in our livingroom daily - probably in a guest room it would be more practical and less of a hassle.
