This bag holds a lot of gear. The separate bottom compartment is large enough to hold a pair of shoes. The handle and shoulder straps offer multiple carrying options. The bag could be improved by including a stowage compartment for the shoulder straps if they are not in use.
Bought this for daughter for college and overseas travel. She really likes it but wishes it had a water bottle holder. The iPod holder is nice, but somewhat inconvenient for operating the iPod. This is less of a problem than the lack of a water bottle holder. If it had that, it would be perfect!
This is a superb backpack--plenty of storage compartments, great organization, sturdy, strong, durable. This is the BEST backpack for boys with lots of books, sports equipment, and stuff!! Highly recommended.
