My son, who usually goes through a backpack a year, loves his LL Bean Transit Pack. It has room for his gym clothes away from his books and has held up for two years now! We are so happy to have found such a wonderful product.
This pack is absolutely great. I bought it as a gift and the recipient says he has never had a better bag. So many uses and compartments. He has gotten rid of all his other bags and uses this one exclusively. Its very roomy and has many compartments and seems to be extremely durable. The straps are super comfy and non binding. I intend on buying a few more of these for family and friends to use as carry ons book sacks and overnight bags.
Superior quality craftsmanship and durable materials make this the perfect bag for carrying those "Oh so heavy college tomes!" This bag is replacing what I thought was a decent quality pack which after less than a semester's use had failing zippers and straps beginning to pull out of the seams.
