I bought this backpack for my son and his growing needs. It met and exceeded his expectations. It is roomy, has wonderfully large compartments and I just love the bottom compartment for either extra gym clothes or even a lunch box....great item!
My kids are particularly hard on backpacks. When my daughter was in HS, we finally spent the money and bought her the Turbo. Now, 11 years later, she still uses it-- only now as a diaper bag. My son is now in middle school and we're looking at getting him a Turbo Pack to carry his increased load, as his elementary school pack, still in excellent shape, is just too small.
I already had one of these packs, liked it so much I bought another. Great for two or three day travel. Strong, Sturdy, Easy to carry or wear. Only have one small problem if you order citron it is not a yellow it is more of a lime green.
I cannot begin to count how many back packs and messenger bags I went thru trying to find something that would hold all my text books and all my things so that I didnt have to carry more than one bag. I felt as if I was chasing a rainbow.
Then I found the Turbo Transit Pack and life was good again!! I have my textbooks in there, my stuff and room for a little more should I need it, thank you LL Bean for getting it right. My back doesnt hurt and I am not desperately seeking cell phone any more. Whether its for school, work, play, anywhere you need to take your "stuff" I recommend this pack, it's quality and priced just right because I bet it will be a long time before I have get another one! I have to say it one more time...Thanks LL Bean for getting it right!
