I just got my package from L.L Bean and I love the product! I ordered with monogram... and it is very nice! It is strong and very roomy! I would recommand to everyone! =)
I am now a junior in college and I am still using this bag that was bought for me as a freshman in high school. While watching other book bags' zippers or bottoms rip out, this bag has stayed together. The bag has even done well keeping things in the bag dry while I've used it in rain or snow. Definitely recommended.
I bought this backpack for my son when he was going into 7th grade. I thought that it would make two years, possibly three. At that point I would decide if I wanted to get him another one. Well, what can I say? That backpack took him through high school! It lasted 6 years! And it has quite a few more years left in it. The only, I mean only thing that ever broke was the pull on one of the zippers. No the zipper didn't break, just the pull on one of them, so he just zipped one zipper all the way around instead of them meeting in the middle. If I could give this pack 10 stars I would. The quality is unbelievable! Do I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY!
I purchased this backpack for my middle schooler so he could have a separate compartment for his PE clothes. That was over 2 years ago. Not long after our purchase, the handle ripped and then he was taken out of school to be home-schooled, so the rip was forgotten until our recent move. Not only did LL Bean replace the bag, the let us select a different color, my son's favorite green, that wasn't available when we originally purchased the bag. I am now buying my preschooler his first backpack and it is from LL Bean! Highly recommended company!!
