I got this little backpack for my kindergartener. It is the perfect size for her and her things. We've only had it since August, but love it very much. She likes the blue flower pattern. I read great reviews from it, and it is perfect for younger kids.
I bought this backpack for my kindergartener who is on the small side. I didn't want to get her a full sized backpack as they hang down to the back of her knees. This is a perfect size and she will definitely be able to use it for the next year or two. It holds full size folders and library books; which were the major requirements. And of course it's the same great LL Bean quality and durability that I expect.
I bought a backpack at a big discount store (for a similar price) last year and it got beaten up pretty fast. This year I purchased two of these for my two school age children and two months into school they still look like new! The monograming is a great bonus- making it instantly distinguishable in school.
