I ordered this backpack for my 3.5yr old son to take his stuff back and fourth from preschool. I love the bright red color and reflective piping. I wish the straps were gray instead of a brownish color, it sort of clashes with the rest of the backpack. I also didn't notice the backpack does not have outside water bottle pockets which is a real bummer and possibly a deal breaker. We will use it for a few days and see what we think, but it may go back due to the pockets.
I have purchased many of these over the years.. We still have them all, even the ones from my first son starting school 8 years ago, and they all look perfect and new.
