i have purchased this back pack for my kids and it holds up very well. my kids are rough on their things, but this has withheld a lot!!! definately worth its price!
I watched my stepdaughters get sent to school in oversized packs unneccesarily. I wanted to find a backpack that would fit my petite daughter's frame and withstand the test of time. My senior year in high school I begged for and got an LLBean pack. It lasted throughout college. I purchased this bag for my daughter last summer in preparation for kindergarten. She'll definitely be using the same bag for school again next year!
Great product. The monogram is super cute for kindergarten and we both loved the floral designs!
My daughter is entering 3rd Grade this Fall. Her Kindergarten backback which was bought somehwere else lasted about 3 months. Her 1st Grade backpack zipper broke in no time. I bought this one for 2nd grade and she has 1/2 week of school left for this year and the pack still looks brand new! It will definitely be going to 3rd grade with her. My son is entering Kindergarten this Fall and I am ordering one for him. Not going to beat around the bush and waste my money on a pack from anywhere else!
We love this back pack. We bought it when my son entered Kindergarten and he just finished 4th grade; the backpack is still in great shape. We'll order the Original Book Pack for 5th grade, only because John he wants a "new one" after all this time. Only changes I would recommend are more boy-friendly colors (like forest green or camo) and water bottle pockets. Water bottle pockets should be standard on all book packs. Thanks, Bean!
