My first son carried this book pack from first grade to 5th. It is now a hand- me- down to my four year old. Why I love it... huge open spaces to keep toys, wobbies and story books. it is easy to open with a wide mouth. We never lose things with to many pockets. it is a great starter pack for your little ones.
I haven't had the opportunity to see the bag in use because it is a christmas present but I am happy with the quality and I understand that there is a great warranty on it and that is the main reason I purchased it. Most bags have broken zippers in a few months and I was guaranteed that if this one broke, it would be replaced.
