I purchased this chair in Tapestry. Great fabric. Overall, the chair is uncomfortable for sitting. It pitches you forward, and the foam is too hard. However, the sleeper function was nice. I slept on it and wasn't uncomfortable. I just wish it sat better and I also think the price was a little high.
Ordered the red chair. Great color. The foam is very hard and hardly gives at all. Not comfortalbe to sit on. Would be a great product if it was made with a softer foam. Folds out into a nice hard bed.
I totally agree with the reviewer who said the only comfortable way to use this chair is with your head on one arm and your legs draped over the other. I've slept on it twice and hate to do it - I go through the next day with aches. I looked and looked for a sleeper chair and decided on this one due to LL Bean's reputation. But it is an uncomfortable bed, no place to tuck the sheets and not even great as a chair.
The chair is great. Firm but comfy - sleeper portion is great for kids - wouldn't ask an adult to sleep on it. Defineately serves its purpose and looks great in the room. Love that it is light enough to move around the room.
