As a positive, product is very lightweight despite being oversize. Sleeper cushion feature does not seem comfortable - thin when extended. Product arrived with front side of one arm mashed inward - construction components do not return to original shape and was noticeable when seated. Most dissapointing issue was that fabric in seat and back cushion wrinkled/rumpled from one use/sitting so this should not be expected to keep a smooth appearance. Overall disappointed.
first, all of these items have very poor quality feet....very cheap and those on my furniture arrived scraped and chipped......also the ottomans and the sofa were not level....very wobbly, which i had to try to solve with adhesive furniture pads.......... the chair's back cushion is so soft it provides absolutely no support whatsoever which is problematical as the seat is very deep.....yet the seating on the sofa (front to back) is very skimpy rather than medium or deep (and i am only 5'3"), so if you are taller and/or have longer legs than i do, you may find it impossible to live with........i am really not happy with these products, yet i cannot conceive of the trouble it would take me (an older woman with some disability issues) to try and return such bulky items.......so, despite the guarantee, i feel rather stuck with them.......
I bought this in the olive chenille. I should have purchased two or four. I'm really pleased with the sleeper chair. I admit that I did purchase it during the furniture sale but I really feel that it's a good value even at its regular price. It is *not* couture furniture... I'm not sure what others expect for what is basically a chair and a half sleeper at this price. This piece is attractive, functional and easy to move (but sturdy). I love it!
Very uncomfortable to sleep on. I tried my head at both ends and I still can't sleep on it. Since the mattress is foam on the floor, it is hard to get up out of.
