My daughter has had this backpack since Kindergarten for 4 years now. It held up great! No holes, no fraying and all zippers are working great. The only reason we are getting a new one for school is mostly me wanting a new backpack for her while she still likes cute girly prints. We are keeping her old one for camps and trips. My only suggestions for LLBean - PLEASE ADD A MESH POCKET for a water bottle outside (like in most of your other backpacks). Accidents happen and water gets spilled inside the backpack... Thank you!
