My son (who is now 7) has used this backpack for the last two school years. I have washed it in the washing machine and dried it in the dryer no less than fifteen time and it is still in perfect condition. Thank you LL Bean for actually saving me money.
I ordered this backpack last August for my son, who started PreK. After a few months the zipper broke. I didn't realize that LL Bean items are guaranteed. I just got around to checking their customer service section today. I was able to contact a very helpful representative. Not only are they replacing the backpack but also paying for shipping. When I initially ordered the backpack I had used a coupon code. What a great price for a great product and excellent CS. I really think the zipper issue was a fluke as everything else withstood daily use wonderfully. I am glad I chose LL Bean and will recommend to everyone. Thank you!
We just recieved our backpacks today! The colors are even brighter then they looked on the computer. We got the Royal Blue, Carnation, and Green! They material looks like it will be very easily cleaned! The lettering was perfect, just what I ordered! And best of all, we got free shipping, and it got here very fast! I am very happy with our 3 backpacks, and we will order more product from LL Bean!
I bought one of these for my son entering the 3rd grade last year. He generally went through 4 bags a year. After a year of use, I wiped it down with a damp rag and it looks brand new again. So I am back to get another for my daughter going into kindergarden. When they need something bigger I will be back to LL Bean again for a bigger one. These are the absolute best backpacks I have ever bought!
