I purchased a backpack about 8 years ago for my daughterand it has stood the test of time. My son needed a new backpack and purchused through LL Bean so it last for years. My daughter uses her for college now.
This item has a high quality look. The first one we received had a small defect. The hook strap at the top became unattached. It seemed to not be sewn in properly. After one phone call it was replaced in less than a week. Even though we had been using the first one a couple of months, it still looked just as new as the replacement. No problems with the second one. Excellent service and product.
My grandchildren love their book packs and use them for toting not only books but also clothes for overnights or day trips and anything else they want to transport. The colors are vivid and plentiful, and the monograms look very nice. Best of all, the packs are sturdy and hold up over the years.
