I have ordered this bookpack every year for my three kids. It is a perfect size for younger students. However, this year, my 6 yr. old got the zipper stuck on the overflap. Of course, LLBean's excellent customer service sent a new pack within 2 days and took the other in return. Love the size, style and durability, not so easy for little hands.
This bookbag was my first purchase from LL Bean. It's for my 2nd grader who has already gone through 2 others! I came to LL Bean because my wife had told me of the quality of the products and she has always been happy with her purchases. Her recommendation led to my purchase. I bought the Royal Blue color which seemed more like purple when it arrived; however, I kept it for awhile but cringed everytime I saw it. I contacted LL Bean and noted I was unhappy with the color and would they switch it. No problem, no muss, no fuss! It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish and their customer service was fantastic! I can see why my wife speaks so highly of LL Bean. However, getting back to the original topic... the bag is great and my son and I are very happy with it... in the color black! If you've never purchased anything from LL Bean I invite you to do so as you won't be disappointed with their service or quality of the products.
Not only does this back pack have adequate room for all my child's books but it comes in many different colors. With a lifetime waranty it is well worth the money....Great Buy!
